I ordered 2 separate but complimentary parts. One arrived quickly. After a week I was informed that the other was out of stock and it was not known when it would be available. I was assured if I returned the part I would get a full refund including all postage. I returned the part and after much following up i was told there had been a mix up and return post was not refunded. Don't buy from Ransom Spares they are a nightmare.

Good service disappointed can’t Deliver to Spain

Althought your web site was good easy to use and relativially informative i am sure it advise 3 day starnard deliverly. I order my goods on friday. I received an email that they were dispatched on friday night yet i only received the item the following tuesday 11 days later. I did complain on the thursday and was told this was the post office. But why are u not advising this on your web site ?Also you are addressing this to a mrs Anne James I am Mike hooper i ordered it . I never meantion an Anne James. Ehy was this addressed to her.
